HB Plus Terms and Conditions

As part of your HB Plus upgrade you will be receiving features that will help grow your business.

Included features with HB Plus is:

• HB Online Shop
• HB Web Studio – Websites for Salons
• HB Clients App – A salon app for your clients
• Aura 300 Integration API (Aura 300 cost not included)

HB Plus - Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to HB Plus, an optional add-on to your existing HB Software subscription, provided by Nexpos Pty Ltd (ABN 34 126 406 013) ("HB Software", "we", "us", or "our").

HB Plus provides access to additional features including (but not limited to) the Online Shop, HB Web Studio (websites), and future enhancements such as the HB Client App.

1. Additional Add-On

HB Plus is an optional upgrade and is not required to continue using your standard HB Software subscription.

You may choose to activate or not activate HB Plus at any time.

2. Billing

HB Plus will be billed at:

• • Discounted cost of $12.90 per week + GST until  July 31 2027, then increase to the current price at the time, currently $22.90 per week plus GST, or the equivalent monthly amount, depending on your existing billing cycle

By activating HB Plus, you authorise Nexpos Pty Ltd to add this amount to your existing subscription payments.

3. Cancellation

HB Plus can be cancelled at any time by providing written notice.

• • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to: accounts@hbsoftware.com
  • Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle after the request is received
  • Cancellation of HB Plus will stop future charges for the add-on
  • Cancellation of HB Plus does not cancel your main HB Software subscription or change the terms of your HB Software subscription.

4. Feature Availability

HB Plus features:

• • May be updated, modified, or enhanced over time
  • May include new features as they are released
  • Are provided as part of an evolving platform

5. Relationship to Existing Terms

These HB Plus Terms & Conditions operate in conjunction with your existing HB Software subscription terms.

All existing terms, including billing and payment terms, continue to apply unless otherwise stated.

6. Changes to HB Plus

Nexpos Pty Ltd (ABN 34 126 406 013) may update HB Plus features, pricing, or these terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance where required. We will provide  30 days’ notice prior to any price increases not already stated in this agreement.  

An online acknowledgement of these terms and conditions constitutes acceptance.
