HB Plus Terms and Conditions

As part of your HB Plus upgrade you will be receiving features that will help grow your business.

Included features with HB Plus is:

  • HB Web Studio – Websites for Salons
  • HB Clients App – A salon app for your clients
  • Aura 300 Integration API (Aura 300 cost not included)

HB Plus - Terms & Conditions

HB Plus available from 8 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to HB Plus, an optional add-on to an existing HB Salon Software subscription.
HB Plus is provided in Australia by:

(“HB Software”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms take effect on the date you accept them (“Effective Date”).

1. HB Plus Add-On

HB Plus is an optional add-on to your existing HB Salon Software subscription and is not required to continue using your standard HB Salon Software subscription.

HB Plus is separate from the term of your underlying HB Salon Software subscription.

Your HB Salon Software subscription may be subject to a fixed-term agreement, including a 12-month term, or may operate on a month-to-month basis. The terms applying to your existing HB Salon Software subscription continue to apply independently of HB Plus.

HB Plus itself does not have a minimum subscription term and may be cancelled at any time by providing at least 30 days’ written notice in accordance with clause 4.

2. HB Plus Features

HB Plus provides access to additional HB features and services, including:

  • HB Online Shop;
  • HB Web Studio – Websites for Salons;
  • HB Clients App – A salon app for your clients;
  • Aura 300 Integration API, where available (Aura 300 costs are not included); and
  • other HB Plus features and enhancements introduced from time to time.

3. Fees and Billing

Unless otherwise agreed, HB Plus will be billed at:
A$12.90 per week plus GST until 31 July 2027, or the equivalent amount based on your applicable billing cycle.

From 1 August 2027, the standard HB Plus price will be A$22.90 per week plus GST, or the equivalent amount based on your applicable billing cycle, unless we notify you of a different price in accordance with these Terms.

By activating HB Plus, you authorise Nexpos Pty Ltd to add the applicable HB Plus charges to your existing HB Salon Software subscription payments.
HB Plus charges are additional to the fees payable for your underlying HB Salon Software subscription.

We will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice of any HB Plus price increase that has not already been disclosed in these Terms.

4. Cancellation of HB Plus

You may cancel HB Plus at any time by providing at least 30 days’ written notice.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to:
accounts@hbsoftware.com

Cancellation will take effect 30 days after we receive your written notice, unless you request a later cancellation date.
You will continue to have access to HB Plus during the 30-day notice period and HB Plus fees will remain payable until the cancellation takes effect.
Once the cancellation takes effect, access to HB Plus features will cease and no further HB Plus fees will be charged.

Cancellation of HB Plus:

  • does not cancel your underlying HB Salon Software subscription;
  • does not reduce, cancel or otherwise change any minimum term applying to your underlying HB Salon Software subscription;
  • does not change any notice period, cancellation requirements, fees or other obligations applying to your underlying HB Salon Software subscription; and
  • does not release you from any amounts already due or payable under your HB Salon Software subscription agreement.

For example, if your underlying HB Salon Software subscription is subject to a 12-month agreement, cancelling HB Plus does not cancel or shorten that 12-month agreement.

If your underlying HB Salon Software subscription operates on a month-to-month basis, cancellation of that subscription remains subject to the cancellation provisions applying to your HB Salon Software subscription.

Because HB Plus is an add-on to HB Salon Software, HB Plus will automatically end when your underlying HB Salon Software subscription ends.
No HB Plus fees will be charged for any period after your underlying HB Salon Software subscription has ended.

5. Feature Availability

HB Plus is an evolving service.

HB Plus features may from time to time be:

  • updated or improved
  • modified or replaced
  • expanded
  • integrated with other HB services; or
  • discontinued where reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee that every HB Plus feature will remain unchanged or permanently available.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of a material change that substantially reduces the functionality of HB Plus.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, third-party services, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Relationship with Your Existing HB Salon Software Subscription

These HB Plus Terms operate together with the terms and conditions applying to your existing HB Salon Software subscription.

Except where these Terms specifically state otherwise, your existing HB Salon Software subscription terms, including applicable billing, payment, cancellation and account terms, continue to apply.

If there is an inconsistency between these Terms and your existing HB Salon Software subscription terms, these Terms will apply to the extent of the inconsistency only in relation to HB Plus.

The terms governing your underlying HB Salon Software subscription otherwise remain unchanged.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

To the extent that the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law provides you with rights or remedies that cannot be excluded by agreement, those rights and remedies continue to apply.

8. Changes to HB Plus or These Terms

We may update HB Plus, its features or these Terms from time to time.
We will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice of:

  • any material change to these Terms that is likely to adversely affect you; or
  • any price increase that has not already been disclosed in these Terms.

We may make changes without 30 days’ notice where the change:

  • is required by law;
  • is necessary to address an urgent security or technical issue; or
  • does not materially disadvantage you.

Your right to cancel HB Plus in accordance with clause 4 continues to apply if we make changes to HB Plus or these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

You and Nexpos Pty Ltd submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts of the Commonwealth of Australia having jurisdiction in New South Wales in relation to any dispute arising from these Terms or HB Plus.

10. Acceptance and Effective Date

These Terms become effective for you on the date you accept them.
An online acknowledgement of these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance.
You may accept these Terms by:

  • selecting or clicking an electronic acknowledgement such as “I Agree” or “Accept”; or
  • otherwise expressly agreeing to these Terms electronically or in writing.

Your acceptance of these Terms applies to HB Plus only.
Activating or accepting HB Plus does not create a new minimum term, renew an existing minimum term or otherwise extend the term of your underlying HB Salon Software subscription.
